After several complaints (Mostly Tony;) ) and really just me putting it off, I’ve finally ordered a much needed and wanted audio rig. The two key components are the Alesis Multimix 8 Usb Mixer and the MxL990 condensor mic. I should have the equipment by the end of the week and will be able to set it up and start messin with it by the weekend. I’ve also set up a Flickr site. Right now I have no photos posted but when I get the rig that will more than likely be the first stuff I post to it.
Congratulations Legends! Wohoo! We Held Off the Hockey Docs 6-2 Last night to clinch the Big Bear Low C Summer Championship!!!
Well, we won our game last night to advance to the championship game on Sunday!!! Pretty exciting huh? We will be playing The Hockey Docs at 6:15. COme one come all, win or lose we will convine at Legends Sports Bar and Grill (Our Sponsor) for a post game Celebration.
Well, the guy that played Napoleon Dynamite and the guy that played Kip Are here at the Tivoli today. Dunno what exactly it is, but I’m on my way with another coworker to check it out.. I’ll Keep Ya posted.
Google Talk.. It works, its all minimal and Googlely as expected. Fore me right now I don’t like or dislike it. Google Talk is just there. I’m more curious about its future.
Obvioulsy one of the big things all over the Blogosphere (yikes I actually used that word) today has been the new Google Talk. Infact I even mentioned it

Update Well, I installed it. It’s got a clean interface as expected, It integrates with Gmail (as expected) The VOIP is crystal clear. It even has cool Internet signal srength Bars like that you might find on a cell phone. One thing that is interesting to me is thatthere in no mac or linux version but.. according to the google site it is already integrated into thirdparty clients such as Trillian Pro, Apple iTalk, GAIM and “any other service that supports the Jabber/XMPP protocol.” I’m interested to see how well that works.
It doesnt look like the VOIP side of it doesnt offer a conference call function quite yet so skype looks to have a few days of air left….

I don’t know if I believe it but another instant messenger sounds like another reason to clutter up my desktop even more. Thing is, if its released by google, it’s probably pretty cool 
Well I think I am finally getting over one of the weirdest colds I have had in a long time. I was able to sleep last night with out taking Nyquill or any other cold remedy. That is unless you count Breyers Reese Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream a cold remedy.
I am pretty excited to try out my new garder belt tonight. Sorry I had to say that, I know anyone with little to no hockey knowledge would probably have no idea what I’m talking about or just assume I’m weird, which i’m sure most of you already think. Anyway… Playoffs for us start tonight. We play the Stingers! Our previous meeting was the last game of the season and we came out on top 8-2 or something like that. But This is the playoffs and you can’t take anyone lately!

This Part Interests me too “The deal with Comcast goes beyond just television rights. Comcast will bring the NHL Network to cable systems in the United States, and provide on-demand game broadcasts and computer streaming of live games.”

Took an extended weekend to spend time with My sis and her bf who came in on Wed. I am exhausted! Yesterday topped it off with an amazing day at Waterworld and then a Rockies game in the evening. It’s been great we haven’t stop moving for the last 5days. Now if only I could take a nap for the next two 
Busy busy next couple of days. I can’t complain though. Anyways tomarrow is day one of the big TWT Conference in Boulder. David and I are doing our presentation on the future of online education in 3D worlds. We had a run through today in front of our peers and it seemed to go over pretty well. We are hoping to blow thier minds. If that isnt enough… even more exciting Shannon (my lil sis) and her BF John are flying in for a week wohoo! Wednesday morning. I’m totally excited for that. Have a bunch of ideas lined up though still not sure what exactly we’ll be doing. Can’t wait

For all “0″ of the readers out there I apologize for the fairly weak amount of postings this week. I guess I’ve been busy and have’nt had much to say. I did play some drop-in hockey last night and there is a team looking for some extra guys so I might look into that. It would be nice to get some more ice time during the week. Did I mention that yahoo 360 is finally in public Beta, It certainly has potential though I’m still wondering about the usability of the site. Oh well check it out set up a blog post some pictures and then add me as a friend if you need an invite or some tech support with it let me know. I’ve fumbled through most of its current weirdness like the “share feeds” link which would make more sense if it said something like “Edit Feeds.” Aight well its Friday, and I am working for the weekend!!!!
