Road Runner Insanity
My good friend Tony, recently moved into a new home across town back in Columbus. Part of the madness of moving includes switching over utilities such as electricity, cable etc. Usually a fairly seamless process, the task gets done after a few minor inconveniences and usually your good to go after a day or two. Unfortunately Tony’s experience moving his cable internet account to a new location was pathetic. When I lived in Ohio i was with Time Warner and was quite surprised at their good customer service.
